Our Preparation for Sale service is designed to enhance your property’s appeal to the broadest possible market. We are aiming for buyers to fall in love with your property and are keen to make it their own.

With our in- depth knowledge of the real estate market, and leveraging our interior design and styling experience, we pride ourselves on providing independent advice and guidance to assist our clients to prepare for sale .. we are not the real estate agent advising their seller how to prepare, nor are we a Staging business who recommends their specific staging inventory.

In consultation with our clients, taking into account their available time, budget and style of home, we recommend and source appropriate styling, liaise re availability and stock plus assist with other key services which help support the client prepare for the photo and media session as well as open home inspection times.

This all helps minimise the stress and overwhelm that often comes with selling and transacting property, especially when time frames may be short and/or life is busy and at times hardships are faced.

Our service also includes advice re de-cluttering, buying or swapping out specific interior styling pieces, plus painting, gardening, cleaning, removals, and/or repair works clients may wish to consider. We have a suite of trades and service providers that are aligned with our values and we can recommend, coordinate, book and/or arrange, depending on client requirements.
